Do you offer free samples?

Yes we do, please email [email protected] with your enquiry and one of our sales team will be in touch.

How long will it take my samples to reach me?

We will send your samples out as soon as we can on a first class royal mail service however we can never guarantee next day arrival so please allow 3-4 working days for your samples to arrive.

Do I need to pay for my samples?

We will supply 1 or 2 samples of each product free of charge, if you are after more than this a small charge may be incurred.

What is the minimum I can order?

There is no minimum order, we are happy to sell just one pack of any item.

Do I need a CE stamped plastic glass?

If you are a licensed establishment serving drinks in measures such as pints, shots etc then you will need a CE Marked plastic glass, unless you have metered fonts or optics. For clarification check with your local Trading Standards Licensing Officer who should help you further.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept payment via Google Pay, PayPal, Credit or Debit Card and Klarna.

Do you offer branded products?

Yes! We can offer branded coffee cups, mailbags, boxes, bags, labels, food trays, greaseproof paper, pizza boxes and smoothie cups. Get in touch with us for a free quote.

I don't have any artwork can you help me design it?

Yes, of course. Send us your logo, and we can send you a finished design. There is no extra charge for this service.

What is the min order quantity for branded?

It depends on the product, but most of our branded products have a minimum order of 1,000. Express turnaround is available, but min order is 5,000. Get in touch with us for a free quote.

Will I receive a confirmation of order?

You will receive an email confirming your order. We will also send a confirmation of shipping email to you.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

When paying by PayPal, please ensure that you return to the web site once you have completed your transaction in PayPal, otherwise a confirmation email will not be triggered (though you will receive the PayPal confirmation email).

What are your delivery charges?

Standard delivery (Next working day to UK postcodes) - £7.45 Excl VAT. Local delivery (BH postcodes) - £6.95 Excl VAT. Free Delivery on all orders over £180 Excl VAT. Click and Collect from our Sturminster Marshall Unit.
